We are now using ArborPay for payments. This online payment system will allow you to securely

pay for school meals, trips, clubs etc, 24/7 using a mobile app or browser.

Arbor is now our main communication avenue.

Contact can be made via an in-app message which will appear in your Arbor app or will send you an email to tell you that you have a message with a link to click on to view the message - we will use this for short messages to you.

Contact can also be made via email which will go directly to the email address you have signed up to Arbor with - we will use this for trip information, letters or anything that has an attachment with it (please be aware that emails will sometimes go to your spam/junk folder, please check this regularly and mark any emails from the school as not spam. We are hoping to have this issue resolved very soon).

In Arbor, you can change contact details, update consents, check attendance and contact the school office - if you wish to contact a member of staff directly, please send a message to the office and this will be passed on for you - once a member of staff has sent you a message via Arbor, you can then reply to this message and this will go directly to that member of staff.
